The Online Criminal Debt Payment system is a secure pay.gov portal designed for supervisees within the Central District of California (CACD). This platform allows for the convenient payment of Special Assessments, Restitution, and Fines related to CACD Judgment and Commitment Orders. There are no additional fees for using this service, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional payment methods.

Eligibility for the system is primarily based on the origin of the case and the status of the court’s judgment. To use this portal, the case must have been sentenced within the Central District of California; obligations from other districts, even if supervision has been transferred, must still be paid to the original sentencing court. While most defendants with a signed judgment are eligible, those with specific post-conviction conditions regarding internet or credit card use must first receive approval from their assigned Probation officer.

Accessing the system requires a one-time registration to create a secure account. During this process, you will need to provide a valid email address, your docket number and the name of your assigned probation officer. Once your registration is reviewed and approved, you can log in to manage your debt and initiate payments at your convenience, ensuring full compliance with your court-ordered financial obligations.

You can check whether you have been granted access to the system by clicking here. If you already have access, there is no need to register again.
